Immediate Drug Assistance Coordination Centre – Public Information Regarding Building Works at 37/43 Stuart St Perth
Cyrenian House is pleased to commence site works to demolish and remove internal features and material, in preparation for the construction of the new Immediate Drug Assistance Coordination Centre (IDACC).
A demolition licence has been issued and works will commence on internal demolition. The outside walls will remain, with the exception of the building plan changes at the Pendal Lane end, and be refurbished in accordance with the building plans.
Signage is being erected on the building with builder contact details, emergency contact details along with Cyrenian House signage. Works will start with a skip bin and toilet to site in addition to light weight internal demolition before proceeding to the structural requirements.
Site works are coordinated by ProjectWest.
