Serenity Lodge Therapeutic Community
Serenity Lodge Therapeutic Community (SLTC), is a residential Alcohol and Other Drug treatment service for adults, which has been providing treatment services to the Western Australian community since 1977. SLTC is set in landscaped gardens close to the ocean and Rockingham café precinct.
SLTC is a supportive residential environment where residents are encouraged to develop new life skills and create positive changes in their lives. The therapeutic community model facilitates personal growth within a community of people who work in collaboration to help themselves and one another.
Residents in a Therapeutic Community play a significant role in the day to day operation of the community and in supporting each other. Residents must actively contribute to the structured communal living environment and demonstrate a willingness to change in all aspects of the program.
