First and foremost, we hope you and your families are safe and well.

As you are no doubt aware the “coronavirus disease 2019″ (COVID-19) a global, fast-evolving, health issue that is now declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation.

Cyrenian House is committed to maintaining a safe workplace and we have adopted practices to protect the health and safety of all Cyrenian House employees, consumers, visitors and others.

As an organisation, drawing directly on current advice and information provided by both Federal and State government authorities, Cyrenian House will until further notice, continue to deliver services to our consumers as per the Australian Health Protection Principle Committee (AHPCC) recommendations.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOME OF OUR GROUPS AND SERVICES MAY NOT BE RUNNING IN THE SAME WAY SO PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY DO NOT ATTEND OUR SERVICES.

Please note:

  • We are NOT allowing any consumers to access the building.

  • Telephone counselling is our ONLY method of support replacing face to face interaction during this pandemic.

  • All assessment for residential services will be completed by telephone. Please refer to the Assessment for Residential Treatment tab.

  • All groups are cancelled or will occur via webcam options.
