Support for Family and friends
At Cyrenian House our experienced family counsellors offer individual and group counselling, support, information and education to people who are concerned about their loved ones’ drug and/or alcohol use and the impact on their mental health.
You will learn new coping skills, and you will get more of an understanding about drug and alcohol dependence and how you can best support your loved one.
You can choose to see a counsellor individually to talk through what is happening for you or we also offer a family Matters Group where you will be able to engage with other family members who are also struggling with similar issues in a safe and confidential space.
