Serenity Withdrawal Unit (SWU)
The Serenity Withdrawal Unit (SWU) is a partnership between Cyrenian House and Richmond Wellbeing. Based on the Serenity Lodge site in Rockingham, it offers s you the opportunity to complete a fully supervised low medical withdrawal.
The SWU will provide you with 24-hour residential care and support with on-site medical support provided by experienced alcohol and other drugs nurses. You can access this as a stand-alone withdrawal service, or you can plan your pathway through to Cyrenian House, and other residential long-term treatment (LTT) facilities in both the North and South Metropolitan regions.
This program is structured yet flexible and will support you through the withdrawal process in a smoke-free environment that is free of charge.
How to access the service?
There are two pathways to access the Serenity Withdrawal Unit depending on the consumers goals:
